Anthony Ogundipe is the Founder and CEO of Africoders, a people-first platform connecting African developers, builders, students, professionals, mentors, recruiters, startups, companies, and communities. Trained as a medical doctor (M.B.B.S) and shaped by more than a decade of software engineering and technical leadership across healthcare, HR technology, logistics, streaming, and enterprise systems, Anthony now focuses on building ecosystems that turn talent into visibility, trust, and opportunity. He speaks about Africa’s digital future, what AI cannot do alone, developer careers, community infrastructure, product and engineering leadership, and lessons from building Africoders.
